The completion time is determined by a customer in the order form. Having received the completed order form, the Office starts the translation immediately.

1. If the length of the source text does not exceed 6 translation pages, the order is accepted at the basic rates. For instance, if you wish to translate 18 pages, the completion time will be approximately 3 days.
2. If the source text is 7-10 translation pages long and it is important that the text be translated on the same day - than the order will be accepted at the express rates. Note that the express rates differ from the basic rates (See: Services and rates).
3. We will send you the translated text by e-mail or any other means you specified in the order form.
4. We invoice you on the day of sending the translation.
5. The payment deadline for legal persons is 14 days.
